These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of htholidaystore.com and purchases from HT Holiday. HT Holiday is an online retail store operated by Harry Taylor Conglomerate LLC in Maryland, United States. “HT Holiday,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Harry Taylor Conglomerate LLC doing business as HT Holiday.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Our store and fulfillment model

HT Holiday curates and sells Christmas décor, ornaments, lights, apparel, gifts, and other seasonal products. Some products are stored or shipped directly by independent suppliers and fulfillment partners. Items in one order may ship separately or from different locations. Your purchase is from HT Holiday, and our support team remains your point of contact for order questions.

3. Product information and third-party brands

We work to keep product descriptions, images, dimensions, materials, colors, prices, and availability accurate. Screen settings, manufacturing batches, and supplier updates can cause minor differences. References to third-party brand names or trademarks identify products or compatibility only and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or authorized-reseller status unless we expressly say so.

4. Prices, payments, and taxes

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless the website states otherwise. Taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and available payment methods are shown during checkout before you submit the order. International customers may be responsible for duties, taxes, or brokerage charges imposed by their country. We may correct genuine pricing or listing errors and will contact you before fulfillment if a correction materially changes your order.

5. Orders

Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it and begin fulfillment. We may decline or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory unavailability, an obvious pricing error, an unsupported delivery address, or legal restrictions. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

6. Shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds

Shipping methods, timing, split shipments, tracking, international charges, and address issues are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, damaged or incorrect items, missing deliveries, cancellations, and refund timing are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

7. Website accounts and information

You are responsible for providing accurate account, payment, and delivery information and for keeping any account credentials confidential. Notify us promptly if you believe an account connected to this store has been used without authorization.

8. Acceptable use

You may use the website only for lawful personal or household shopping. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders, or use the website to violate another person's rights.

9. Intellectual property

The HT Holiday name, logo, website design, and original store content are owned by or licensed to us. Product names, images, and trademarks belonging to suppliers or other owners remain their property. Nothing on the website grants you permission to use another party's intellectual property beyond normal personal use of the store.

10. Third-party services and links

Shopify and other service providers support our storefront, payments, analytics, communications, and fulfillment. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party websites reached through external links.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify also processes information needed to operate the store and checkout.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided on an “as available” basis, subject to any express product description and non-waivable consumer rights. We do not promise uninterrupted website access or delivery dates that depend on carriers, customs, suppliers, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HT Holiday and Harry Taylor Conglomerate LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or a product. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction in Maryland, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to proceed elsewhere.

14. Changes, severability, and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
